Job summary

Topaz Event Management is seeking a dynamic Event Sales Executive to drive new business, manage client relationships, and close corporate event opportunities. The role focuses on generating leads, presenting tailored proposals, and guiding clients from concept to execution for large-scale events in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in events or exhibitions, with a preference for candidates holding a UAE

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate event sales, exhibitions, or related sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven lead generation and sales closing ability.
• Strong client relationship management.
• Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of UAE events market is advantageous.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and opportunities via calls, emails, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose event solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Follow up on leads and proposals to close opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, AV, and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Attend exhibitions and industry events to generate new business.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
