Job description

The Business Development & Marketing Coordinator is responsible to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Business Development team & Marketing team by coordinating documentation, managing partner onboarding processes, maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process sales documents, contracts, and proposals in collaboration with sales team.
  • Maintain and update sales databases and records.
  • Manage the onboarding and registration process for new agencies and coordinate with the head office to execute agreements.
  • Gather all necessary documents and invoices from partners for commission eligibility submission, and submit requests to Finance department
  • Handle all reimbursement claims and follow-up with the Finance department to issue the payments.
  • Keep a record of all agreements and track business development partnerships and provide support in providing necessary data for reporting purposes
  • Provide administrative support to the business development team, including handling correspondence, managing schedules, and organizing documents.
  • Oversee video shoot requests and ensure that no scheduling conflicts arise within approved time slots.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, both internal and external, including logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales & marketing administration
  • Experience in Real Estate developer industry is a must
