1. Contract Management Support
  • Assist in receiving and organizing pre-order contracts submitted by the Estimation team.
  • Support in reviewing and validating contract terms, scope, and conditions as per customer requirements.
  • Maintain a record of customer requirements for internal communication.
2. Administrative Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all contract-related requirements are understood and followed.
  • Support in finalizing and issuing official order confirmations to customers, including expected lead times during the absence of contacts Engineer
  • Update internal systems and files with current contract and order statuses.
3. Documentation & Filing
  • Maintain complete and organized records of all contracts, including any modifications or amendments.
  • Ensure job folders are kept updated with all relevant contract documents, communication logs, and delivery plans.
  • Track key milestones, deadlines, and ensure internal stakeholders are informed.
4. Customer and Internal Communication
  • Assist in drafting customer updates, delivery notifications, and status reports.
  • Coordinate with customers for any required clarifications and document follow-ups.
5. Support in Risk Monitoring
  • Flag missing or unclear contract details to the Contract Engineer.
  • Monitor document flows and alert stakeholders on pending items that could delay project timelines.
  • Maintain awareness of lead time changes and coordinate communication with customers during the absence of contacts Engineer
6. Sigma MRP & Sigma Nest Support
  • Import part files into Sigma Nest software
  • Create assemblies and assign corresponding processes
