We are looking for a highly strategic and systems-driven Content Operations Manager to architect, optimize, and scale a modern content engine that fuels measurable business growth. This is not a traditional content marketing role focused solely on writing or publishing. Instead, it is a high-impact, cross‑functional leadership position at the intersection of content strategy, growth marketing, marketing operations (Marketing Ops), RevOps, AI workflows, automation, and martech systems.
Your mission is to transform content from individual campaigns into a predictable, scalable, data‑driven growth engine that drives brand awareness, demand generation, marketing‑qualified leads (MQLs), sales pipeline influence, and revenue acceleration.
You will design the infrastructure behind content by building workflows, automation frameworks, AI‑enhanced systems, and structured distribution pipelines that allow high‑volume, high‑quality content production without proportional increases in headcount.
This is a remote‑first role suited for someone who thinks in systems, dashboards, workflows, and leverage—not just words.
What You Will Own
Content Systems Architecture & Workflow Design
You will design and operate a scalable end‑to‑end content engine, including:
- Building structured workflows from ideation through production, QA, publishing, and multi‑channel distribution
- Creating modular content frameworks that enable rapid repurposing and campaign amplification
- Designing standardized briefs, templates, governance models, and asset structures
- Reducing cycle time from concept to publication through operational optimization
- Establishing centralized content libraries and asset management systems

AI‑Driven Content Production & Automation
You Will Integrate AI Into Content Operations Strategically By
- Designing AI‑assisted content workflows and prompt libraries
- Establishing human‑in‑the‑loop quality control frameworks
- Scaling content production while preserving brand voice and quality standards
- Leveraging automation to streamline research, drafting, repurposing, and metadata management
- Identifying opportunities to improve velocity using generative AI
You are building AI‑powered content systems—not just experimenting with tools.
Multi‑Channel Distribution & Repurposing Engine
You Will Transform Core Assets Into Distribution Flywheels By
- Designing automated publishing workflows across web, blog, email, social, paid media, and campaigns
- Building systematic repurposing pipelines from long‑form to short‑form to micro‑content
- Standardizing evergreen and campaign‑based distribution playbooks
- Aligning content promotion with demand generation initiatives
- Ensuring consistent omnichannel presence without manual duplication
The goal is maximum reach, engagement, and pipeline impact from every asset created.
Martech & Content Technology Ownership
You will own and continuously optimize the content technology stack, including:
- CMS platforms and structured publishing systems
- Marketing automation tools and integrations
- AI‑powered content tools
- Workflow automation platforms
- Analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks
You will test, evaluate, and refine tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase reporting visibility.
Performance Measurement & Revenue Impact
Content Must Drive Measurable Business Results. You Will
- Define operational KPIs for velocity, output, engagement, and conversion
- Build dashboards connecting content to MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution
- Establish reporting loops to identify performance gaps
- Optimize production based on attribution and campaign performance data
- Collaborate with RevOps and Demand Generation to align output with pipeline targets
You will create transparency into how content contributes to growth.
Cross‑Functional Enablement
This role partners across departments to ensure alignment and scale:
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate messaging into scalable systems
- Align with Demand Generation on campaign execution and amplification
- Support Sales with enablement‑ready content frameworks
- Structure subject matter expertise into reusable content modules
- Maintain consistent messaging across all channels

- Experience scaling content processes in B2B environments
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally in high‑growth or scale‑up organizations
- Ability to combine creativity with operational rigor
