A diversified contracting firm in Sharjah is seeking a creative Content Creator/Strategist. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in content strategy or creative roles, and be bilingual in English and Arabic. Responsibilities include developing content strategies, managing calendars, and producing high-quality content across various platforms. A highly creative and strategic Content Creator/Strategist who blends creativity with analytical thinking, developing engaging content including campaign strategies, content calendars, design briefs, and video scripts. The candidate will ideate, plan, and execute content strategies that boost brand awareness, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results.
Develop and execute monthly/quarterly content strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
Research audience insights, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Build and manage content calendars across social media, web, email, and offline channels.
Produce high‑quality, engaging content: captions, scripts, case studies, & campaign copy.
Collaborate with designers, video producers, and social media managers to develop creative assets (visual + written).
Adapt content style and tone for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, etc.).
Conceptualize creative campaigns, storytelling angles, and brand activations.
Ensure consistency of voice, style, and brand messaging across all channels.
Identify, vet, and onboard influencers/creators aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, usage rights, whitelisting, and compensation (paid/affiliate/gifting).
Draft/coordinate briefs, ensure brand guidelines and disclosure compliance (e.g., #ad), and manage approvals.
Oversee end‑to‑end execution: outreach, contracting (with Legal/Procurement), product seeding, content tracking.
Monitor performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CPA/ROAS), optimize partnerships, and scale top performers.
Maintain a creator CRM and pipeline; nurture relationships for always‑on advocacy.
Test different formats, hooks, and storytelling approaches for optimization.
Work closely with social specialists and marketing analysts to refine strategies based on data.
2-3 years in content strategy or creative role.
Bilingual in both English and Arabic (Bilingual Arabic & English – excellent copywriting/presentation in both).
Ability to adapt tone across technical, lifestyle, and corporate sectors.
Skilled in hooks, storytelling, and platform‑native content.
Comfortable leading direction during shoots.
Canva Pro – Ability to create quick designs, apply templates, and maintain brand kits.
CapCut (or similar video editing apps) – Skilled in editing TikTok short‑form content using trending formats.
Project Management Tools (Notion, Trello, or Asana) – Experience maintaining content calendars, collaborating with teams, and tracking progress.
AI‑assisted Tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) – Comfortable using AI to draft captions, repurpose content, generate visuals, and support creative ideation.
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides, Gmail) – Proficiency in managing files, collaborating, and communicating within the ecosystem.
