Job summary

A leading fashion company in Dubai is seeking a creative Social Media Content Specialist to produce engaging content across various platforms. The role involves creating videos, written content, and capturing real-time clinic activities. Job description

Create engaging photo, video, and written content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Produce short-form videos (Reels, Stories, TikTok) showcasing treatments, before & afters (where approved), behind-the-scenes, doctor features, and patient education.

Write compelling captions, hooks, and basic scripts aligned with the clinic’s tone of voice.

Assist in planning and executing content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.

Clinic-Based Coverage

Be present in the clinic to capture real-time content during treatments, events, launches, and campaigns.

Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to plan content shoots.

Ensure patient consent is obtained and adhered to before filming or publishing content.

Brand & Compliance

Ensure all content aligns with DAO Clinic’s brand guidelines and premium image.

Follow healthcare, advertising, and regulatory compliance guidelines when creating content.

Maintain consistency in visual style, tone, and messaging across all platforms.

Performance & Trends

Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats relevant to the aesthetics and healthcare industry.

Analyze content performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.

Support paid campaigns with creative content when required.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).

2–4 years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Content Specialist (healthcare/aesthetics experience is a plus).

Strong portfolio showcasing video, photography, and social media content.

Experience working in a clinic, beauty, or lifestyle brand is highly desirable.
