Archibat HR is urgently looking for a Construction Manager (Villa Projects - UAE) for one of our clients, an international architectural design firm, to be based in their Dubai office.

Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a strong architectural or engineering background and a proven track record in overseeing high‑end construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of luxury developments, including premium villas, five‑star hotels, and bespoke properties across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a consultancy‑based background (not contractor‑side) and a minimum of 15‑20 years of hands‑on construction supervision experience, including interior and exterior fit‑outs. You will act as the central point of coordination between design consultants, contractors, and clients, ensuring projects meet design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee on‑site construction activities for high‑value luxury projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and timelines.
• Serve as the main point of contact between consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the construction process.
• Evaluate shop drawings, technical submissions, and material selections to confirm compliance with design intent.
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with UAE regulations and permitting processes.
• Address and resolve on‑site challenges efficiently while preserving design integrity.
• Manage multiple project sites and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Profil recherché

Requirements & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
• 15‑20 years of experience in construction supervision, with a portfolio of completed high‑end projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering luxury residential, hospitality, or bespoke developments.
• Background in consultancy firms (not contracting companies).
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, permitting processes, and industry best practices.
