Job summary

A construction and landscape company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR Officer responsible for managing core HR functions. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, manage recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar roles, and handle employee relations, payroll, and health insurance processes. Preferred qualifications include a degree in HR or Business Administration and 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HR Officer, preferably in construction and landscape companies in the UAE.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and managing blue-collar site labor and technical staff.
  • Experience in payroll coordination, timesheets, leave management, employee records, and health insurance administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and off-boarding.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Administer employee health insurance processes, including enrollment, renewals, and coordination of claims.
