Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Completions Coordinator (Software) for an on-site position in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing completion activities for various pipeline sections and ensuring proper documentation and handover. Ideal candidates will have a Mechanical Engineering degree and over 6 years of relevant experience, along with fluency in English. This contract is set for 12 months, with an ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years of relevant experience required.
• Fluency in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage completion activities for pipeline sections.
• Monitor progress of hydrotesting and cleaning operations.
• Coordinate punch list clearance in line with project schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation for system completion.
• Interface with construction and client teams.

Services Description

• Plan and manage completion activities for pipeline sections, valve stations, and associated facilities.
• Monitor progress of hydrotesting, drying, gauging, and cleaning operations.
• Coordinate punch list clearance and system handover in line with project schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation, checklists, and certification for system completion.
• Interface with construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and client teams for seamless turnover.
