As the Cluster Air Logistics Perishable Manager, you will take full ownership of the perishable logistics organization within the GCC+ cluster. Aligned with our global perishable strategy, your leadership will drive success across five key pillars: business development, operational excellence, P&L ownership, leadership, and product innovation. Collaborating closely with sales teams, local zone authorities, and the pricing/development organization.

How you create impact
  • Drive strategic growth by acquiring new customers, expanding relationships with existing clients, and identifying market opportunities through trend and competitor analysis. Collaborate closely with internal teams and key global partners to shape perishable‑focused service offerings.
  • Take full financial accountability for the perishable logistics segment across the cluster, including budget planning, performance monitoring, and cost management. Lead the P&L setup for new markets and ensure financial sustainability through proactive measures.
  • Ensure top‑tier execution of daily perishable logistics operations, supporting procurement and carrier strategies—champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery across the cluster.
  • Lead in alignment with KN’s culture and strategic roadmap. Inspire and manage teams, nurture internal talent pipelines, and serve as a role model in both leadership and knowledge‑sharing within the air perishables domain.
  • Maintain strong alignment with key stakeholders, including Sales, Procurement, and international Group Companies. Guide and support country‑specific teams to implement unified strategies for customer growth and product development.

  • Proven track record in managing perishable air logistics operations, with deep knowledge of cold chain requirements, carrier management, and industry best practices.
  • Skilled in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identifying new business opportunities. Experience in product development and customer acquisition is essential.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in alignment with company culture and strategic goals. Proven success in developing talent, fostering collaboration, and driving a high‑performance culture.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus.
