Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years UAE experience in client relations or clinic management.
• Experience in aesthetic or premium healthcare environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall client journey and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee front-of-house and client relations operations.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, feedback, and escalations.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists and admin teams.
• Support appointment management, follow-ups and retention initiatives.
• Maintain service standards aligned with the premium brand.
• Monitor processes and identify improvements for clinic efficiency.
