About the Role

Are you a natural salesperson? Do you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fun and dynamic environment, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting? As a successful Retail Clerk, you will go above and beyond by providing informative product information and recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience across the resort. You will hold experience in a similar role, with the strong ability to:

  • Delivering service standards as per the companies and departments standards.
  • Meeting individual revenue targets (sales) on the shop floor on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring process is followed to minimize stock loss – damages/returns and exchanges follow up the policies and procedures set.
  • Ensuring the retail outlet is presented to the highest level of standard on a daily basis.
About You

You will work on a rotational basis across branded retail outlets across Atlantis The Royal and Aquaventure World, applying your exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will greet the guest with a warm welcoming smile and act as an Atlantis ambassador while assisting customers, handling transactions efficiently, and maintaining a well‑organized store. We are looking for a candidate who can naturally engage with guests, recommend products, and support sales targets. Person in this role should be flexible to work weekends, holidays and shifting schedule. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic retail setting, especially in the hospitality industry and waterpark industry is crucial in this role.
