Ideal candidates have over 8 years of experience in the CFD/FX industry, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of retail trading dynamics. This role offers a competitive salary of 50–60K AED/month plus a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the CFD / FX / online trading industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership experience in brokerage operations.
• Deep understanding of retail trading dynamics, leverage, and risk systems.
• Young, ambitious, and execution-focused, able to scale a fast-growing business.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai (Seychelles also an option).

The firm currently operates with a lean, high-performing team of ~15 and is now looking for a hands-on leader to scale operations, grow revenues, and expand into new markets.
