A luxury hotel in Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie to supervise kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation. Responsibilities include assisting in running the department efficiently per brand standards, preparing consistent, high-quality products, and maintaining professional service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie and knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Knowledge about ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Chef de Partie is responsible to supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
Knowledge about ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
