Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards
  • Support the Head Chef/Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
  • Assist with stock control, storage, and minimizing wastage
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar BOH role (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
