Responsibilities for the Chef include but are not limited to:

• Preparing and cooking meals in accordance with recipes and standards;
• Controlling and ordering food inventory;
• Estimating food needs, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock;
• Overseeing the kitchen staff during meal preparation;
• Ensuring that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner;
• Assessing the quality of dishes;
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen;
• Delegating tasks to kitchen staff as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
