Responsibilities and Essential Skills

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a passion for cooking and be able to create delicious meals with the highest standards of quality.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the preparation and service of high-quality cuisine in a professional kitchen setting. Additionally, they must demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills to direct other members of the kitchen team.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating menus
• Ordering ingredients
• Preparing meals according to health and safety regulations
• Managing staff performance
• Ensuring quality control standards are met
• Providing excellent customer service to guests

The successful candidate must possess excellent culinary skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication abilities. They should have a good understanding of food safety regulations and be able to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision. A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is essential, along with an awareness of cultural sensitivities when dealing with customers from different backgrounds.
