Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned Delivery Service Partners.
• Act as the primary coordination point between Amazon teams and partner businesses.
• Monitor program performance across delivery operations, service quality, compliance, and business health.
• Own the network compliance score for associated partner accounts.
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and improvement opportunities within transportation operations.
• Investigate operational issues affecting delivery performance, partner compliance, or customer experience.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve partner and network-level problems.
• Map business requirements and document existing transportation workflows.
• Analyze operational processes and recommend scalable solutions.
