Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a Chief of Staff‑adjacent role supporting C‑suite leadership.
• Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information and governance processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the CGO’s complex, multi‑division calendar and coordinate logistics for meetings.
• Prepare and format board decks, growth reviews, and MIS packs with Strategy and Finance.
• Plan domestic and international travel across time zones and geographies.
• Draft and proofread sensitive correspondence and manage confidential information.
• Track CGO‑led actions across divisions and ensure timely closure with stakeholders.
• Process expenses, invoices, and budget tracking while coordinating premium vendors.
• Support governance activities and maintain audit‑ready records.
