Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to GM and Leadership Team to drive initiatives.
• Oversee and implement strategic initiatives and projects with timely delivery.
• Improve cross-department communication and collaboration.
• Monitor organizational performance and provide insights for decision-making.
• Manage vendor/partnership relationships to support growth.
• Engage with key customers to strengthen relationships and retention.
• Lead change management for new systems, processes, and technologies.
• Oversee business reporting and alignment with long-term goals.
• Ensure group-wide initiatives are communicated and implemented across units.
• Prepare leadership meeting materials and track follow-up actions.
