Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to oversee the group’s financial functions, drive strategic growth, and ensure strong governance across diversified units. You will lead planning, reporting, cash management, and risk controls while guiding capital allocation and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting; CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting including senior management
• Experience with consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit and corporate governance

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and reporting
• Lead accounting, treasury, taxation, audit and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulators; support M&A and strategic initiatives
• Present financial performance and risks to COO and senior management
