As a Carrier Account Manager, you will manage key relationships with carrier customers, particularly Etisalat (e&), ensuring alignment with their business strategies and delivering tailored ICT solutions. You will lead sales projects, oversee the full transaction lifecycle, and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee successful delivery. This position offers an opportunity to work with a global leader in telecom solutions and influence high-impact projects in the Middle East region.

✅ Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain multi-level relationships with carrier customers to drive long-term growth.
  • Understand customer strategies, pain points, and requirements; identify opportunities and propose tailored solutions.
  • Lead sales projects as PD/core member, managing opportunities end-to-end.
  • Oversee contract execution and ensure quality delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy, operations, and delivery.

  • Previous experience managing Etisalat (e&) as an account owner, KAM, or client-facing role (Mandatory).
