Responsibilities

• Cutting, shaping and joining materials such as wood or plastic according to given specifications
• Measuring and marking work pieces
• Assembling parts into larger units
• Building cabinets
• Installing fixtures such as windows, doors, shelving or trim
• Reading blueprints or technical documents
• Using hand tools, power tools or specialized equipment
• Making repairs or modifications on existing materials
• Providing assistance with installation projects
