Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests with a pleasant smile, menu presentation, and taking the orders accurately.
  • Serving food and beverages by delivering orders to tables promptly and ensuring everything is served correctly.
  • Familiarity in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
  • Maintaining cleanliness by keeping tables, utensils, and the dining area clean and organized throughout the shift.
About You
  • Ability to clearly convey information, listen to guests, and respond to their needs effectively including understanding guest preferences and handling complaints gracefully.
  • Capability on managing multiple tables and tasks simultaneously, ensuring efficient service.
  • Basic food knowledge in understanding menu items to answer guest inquiries and make recommendations.
  • Willingness to collaborate with other colleagues and support each other to ensure smooth operations.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in hotels, fine‑dining restaurants or bars.
  • High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is often required.
  • Professional proficiency in English language.
  • Proficiency in other languages will be advantageous.
