Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Technologistto join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is within one of the UAE’s largest government-affiliated healthcare networks, known for providing exceptional patient care and operating state-of-the-art medical facilities. The role involves performing advanced cardiovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, supporting physicians during interventions, and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Experience in handling pediatric patientsis highly preferred.Other responsibilities includes but not limited to :

  • Perform advanced cardiovascular diagnostic procedures, including echocardiography, vascular studies, and cardiac catheterization, as per physician’s orders.
  • Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures and obtaining relevant medical history.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain complex cardiovascular equipment.
  • Assist physicians during invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular procedures.
  • Monitor patient status throughout the procedure, responding promptly to any changes or complications.
  • Accurately document and report findings, maintaining complete patient records.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging cardiovascular technologies and techniques.
