Job summary

Cognita in Dubai seeks a sales-focused admissions specialist fluent in Cantonese and English to manage prospective families from enquiry through enrolment and to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

You will drive enquiry-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversions, conduct consultative conversations, follow up with prospects, and coordinate with admissions, customer experience, marketing and leadership while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Fluent Cantonese and English (spoken and written) required.
• Experience in sales, business development, admissions or relationship management.
• Track record of achieving commercial or performance targets.
• Experience managing a pipeline in a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective families from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
