Job summary

Cognita in Dubai seeks a proactive sales and admissions professional to manage the enquiry-to-enrolment lifecycle for prospective families. You will build a strong pipeline, conduct consultative discussions and drive conversions.

You will collaborate with admissions, marketing and leadership, maintain CRM records, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to achieve personal and team enrolment goals.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) and English proficiency required.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, admissions or relationship management.
• Strong track record of achieving commercial or performance targets.
• Experience using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage a sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Strong cultural awareness and confidence working with international customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective families from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Drive enquiry-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversion.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and manage objections.
• Proactively follow up and re-engage prospective customers.
• Work towards individual and team activity, conversion and enrolment targets.
• Coordinate with admissions, customer experience, marketing and leadership teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and use pipeline data to prioritise activity and improve performance.
