Job summary

Cognita is seeking a proactive sales-focused professional based in Dubai to manage the journey from initial enquiry through to application and enrolment. You will handle a high-volume pipeline across phone, email, WhatsApp and other digital channels, delivering a personalised and premium customer experience.

Fluent Mandarin is essential for this role, alongside strong relationship-building, commercial awareness and the ability to convert opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin is essential and non-negotiable.
• Strong track record of achieving commercial or performance targets.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline through a CRM system such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Proactive, resilient and commercially minded approach.
• Strong cultural awareness and confidence working with international customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective families from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Drive enquiry-to-application and application-to-enrolment conversion.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and confidently manage objections.
• Proactively follow up and re-engage prospective customers.
• Work towards individual and team activity, conversion and enrolment targets.
• Coordinate closely with admissions, customer experience, marketing and leadership teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and use pipeline data to prioritise activity and improve performance.
