Job summary

Cognita is growing its centralised Sales Hub in Dubai, seeking a Sales Executive to guide prospective families from first enquiry through application and enrolment. You will be the trusted point of contact, delivering a premium experience at every step and collaborating with Admissions, Parent Experience, Marketing and school leadership across the group.

You will work with a diverse, international client base, managing conversations across channels and ensuring timely handovers between the Hub

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Proven experience in sales, admissions, or account management.
• Strong track record of achieving commercial targets.
• Significant customer service experience in a premium environment.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the journey for prospective families from enquiry to enrolment.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline across phone, email, and messaging channels.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to communicate each school's value.
• Follow up diligently to convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Coordinate with school teams for tours, meetings, and admissions activity.
