Job summary

Cognita is expanding its Dubai Sales Hub and seeks a Sales Executive to guide prospective families from initial enquiry through to application and enrolment, delivering a premium, personalised journey. You will collaborate with Admissions, Parent Experience and Marketing to ensure a seamless family experience across hubs and schools.

The role requires a proactive, target-driven mindset, strong English communication, and experience in international school admissions or premium customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven sales/admissions or relationship management experience.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM usage.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Own the journey from enquiry to enrolment for prospective families.
• Manage high-volume pipeline via phone, email, and messaging channels.
• Qualify families based on relocation plans and educational needs.
• Conduct consultative conversations to communicate school value propositions.
• Meet enrolment, conversion and activity targets.
• Coordinate with school teams for tours and admissions activity.
