Job summary

Cognita in Dubai seeks an Admissions Executive to own the journey from enquiry to enrolment for international families, managing a high-volume pipeline across phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels. You will qualify families by relocation plans and educational needs, and hold consultative conversations to communicate school value.

Role requires excellent English, CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce), and comfort engaging international families, with early UAE time shifts.

Qualifications

Excellent written and spoken English.
Proven experience in sales, admissions, or relationship management.
Experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Ability to work early shifts (typically starting between 4:00am and 8:00am UAE time).
High-volume call handling and follow-up experience.
Culturally aware and comfortable engaging international families.

Responsibilities

Own the journey for prospective families from enquiry to application and enrolment.
Manage a high-volume pipeline across phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
Qualify families by understanding relocation plans and educational needs.
Hold consultative sales conversations to communicate school value.
Meet enrolment, conversion and activity targets.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Coordinate with school teams to arrange tours and assessments.
