We’re looking for atech-savvy and process-driven Candidate Delivery & Lead Generation Specialistto support an elite recruitment agency specialising inexecutive household placements across the UAE and Middle East.

This is not your average 180 role. You’ll own candidate deliveryend to end, build streamlined systems, manage high-touch communications, and support client development through strategic lead generation. From sourcing private chefs and estate managers to running smart automations and tracking market demand, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-moving, high-trust environment.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management

  • Source, screen, and manage candidates for executive household roles (e.g., butlers, nannies, house managers, private chefs) across the UAE and Middle East.
  • Build long-term pipelines tailored to recurring client needs in luxury private service.
  • Create client-ready profiles with high attention to presentation and detail.
  • Re-engage inactive candidates using CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and email automation tools.

Digital Systems & Workflow Automation

  • Develop and refine digital workflows to manage onboarding, referencing, compliance, and communication.
  • Use tools like Airtable, Notion, Slack, and CRM platforms to track candidates, automate tasks, and reduce admin.
  • Set up inbox rules and filters to keep communications prioritised and streamlined.
  • Maintain structured digital filing systems for candidate documentation and compliance.

Candidate Communication & Interview Preparation

  • Confirm interview schedules, send prep materials, and ensure candidates meet the professional standards required for UHNW and royal households.
  • Maintain warm, proactive engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support candidates through onboarding, including visa or relocation documentation if needed.

Lead Generation & Market Mapping

  • Identify potential clients or partners through LinkedIn, industry directories, and online communities.
  • Monitor online groups and platforms for job posts, agency opportunities, and relevant market signals.
  • Track lead sources and support light-touch outreach for follow-up by the business development team.
  • Work closely with leadership to align candidate availability with business opportunities.

Job Marketing & Community Outreach

  • Promote vacancies via email marketing, Facebook/LinkedIn groups, and private service communities.
  • Track performance and engagement to refine outreach and improve visibility.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Manage reference checks, ID verification, and any regional compliance processes.
  • Ensure documentation is always up to date and securely filed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, resourcing, or candidate delivery, preferably in luxury or international sectors.
  • Experience placing candidates in the UAE or Middle East is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience in using tech tools to optimise workflows (e.g., Airtable, Notion, Trello, CRM automations).
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
  • Experience supportinglead generation, market research, or light BD prospectingis highly valued.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and process-oriented.
