Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our footprint in the UAE and wider EMEA region. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on building relationships with enterprise accounts, driving new business acquisition, and unlocking long-term growth opportunities. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of B2B sales in the UAE market, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage with CXO-level executives.

Responsibilities
  • Drive enterprise B2B sales and achieve revenue growth targets across the UAE and EMEA markets.
  • Acquire new logos and expand relationships within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXO-level decision-makers.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies for business development and market expansion.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, solution pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solutions, delivery, and marketing) to design tailored client proposals.
  • Track competitor activities, industry trends, and client need to stay ahead of the curve.
Required
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales (preferably in the UAE/EMEA market).
  • Strong experience in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and CXOs.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling
  • Driving License (MUST)
