🚨 Senior Cybersecurity Business Development Manager | Abu Dhabi 🚨

Arabic Speaker Only | Enterprise & Government | 80% Hunter, 20% Relationships

This is a product led cybersecurity company operating at enterprise and government level, backed by hundreds of millions invested into advanced security R&D, now moving decisively into full commercial execution in the UAE 🏛️

Why this role, why now?

The business is transitioning from deep R&D into live enterprise and government deployments.

This hire will:

  • Drive first commercial contracts in the UAE
  • Own new business acquisition end to end
  • Shape the go to market strategy and sales playbook
  • Operate at C level, ministry, and enterprise decision maker level

This is not a backfill - This is a foundational commercial hire.

The work seasoned cyber sellers respect.

If you’ve built your career in serious cybersecurity environments, this will resonate:

  • Long, complex enterprise and government sales cycles
  • Heavy new business hunting focus, around 80 percent
  • Consultative selling across post quantum security, identity, cryptography, and secure migration
  • Strategic conversations, not transactional sales
  • High trust, high stakes, high impact deals

Many of the senior leaders in this ecosystem come from environments such as McKinsey & Company, Apple, Meta, and Google.

That should tell you the level.

Non negotiables:

  • Arabic speaker only
  • Proven new business hunter in cybersecurity
  • Experience selling into enterprise and government
  • Comfortable with long sales cycles and ambiguity
  • Strategic, credible, and commercially sharp

💼 Compensation, fully transparent and all in

  • 30,000 to 45,000 AED monthly fixed, ( NO COMMISSION)
  • 20 to 30 percent annual performance bonus
  • Schooling allowance up to 30,0 AED per child, maximum 3
  • Annual flight allowance
  • Full medical insurance and visa sponsorship for you and your family
