pin Consulting is a Zoho Premium Partner specializing in Zoho CRM, Zoho One and enterprisegrade Zoho solutions for large organizations. We provide customized Zoho implementation automation and integration services tailored to businesses in real estate large service sector companies and enterprises. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate leads, engage enterprise clients and drive sales for our Zoho solutions through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target enterprise‑level clients including real estate firms, large service‑sector businesses and established companies that require Zoho solutions.
  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking events and direct client engagement.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand business requirements and position Zoho solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with clients to propose customized Zoho implementations addressing CRM workflow automation, ERP integrations and business process automation.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Develop strategic relationships with decision‑makers, IT heads and business owners to convert leads into long‑term clients.
  • Stay updated on Zoho’s latest features, updates and enterprise solutions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline, track leads in CRM software and ensure regular follow‑ups.
  • Work collaboratively with Zoho implementation specialists and technical teams to align client needs with solution delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ERP/CRM sales, or business development for software solutions.
  • Strong ability to generate leads independently through cold outreach, networking and industry engagement.
  • Experience selling Zoho CRM, Zoho One or other ERP/CRM platforms to large businesses is preferred.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry workflows, large service‑sector operations or enterprise automation needs is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to pitch Zoho solutions effectively.
  • Self‑driven, goal‑oriented and able to manage long sales cycles for enterprise clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Sales or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM sales, Zoho solutions sales or ERP/IT consulting.
  • Prior experience working with enterprise clients, real estate firms or large service businesses is an advantage.
