Kayana in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate (Portuguese Speaker) to join our growing team. You will handle a mix of inbound inquiries and proactive outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and positioning Kayana solutions to Portuguese-speaking customers.

You will build a robust pipeline, consistently meet or exceed targets, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven ability to close inbound leads and generate pipeline via outbound.
• Fluent Portuguese, spoken and written.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Associate (Portuguese Speaker) to join our Dubai team. This role is a mix of inbound and outbound sales: you will convert inbound enquiries while also proactively generating your own leads through outbound prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building.

You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging via phone, email, and live chat to understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and position the right Kayana solutions. Your ability to build pipeline, close deals, and consistently exceed targets will directly support Kayana’s growth in Portuguese-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and convert inbound inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp (if applicable), and live chat.
2. Proactively generate new leads (outbound) via cold calling, outreach campaigns, referrals, networking, and market research.
3. Qualify prospects, understand requirements, and communicate Kayana's value proposition clearly and persuasively.
4. Maintain a healthy pipeline and own the sales process from lead qualification to closing and handover.
5. Prepare and share quotations/proposals, follow up consistently, and negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines.
6. Maintain accurate records in the CRM (activities, pipeline stages, notes, and forecasts).
7. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Support, and Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
8. Provide market feedback (customer needs, objections, competitor insights) to support continuous improvement.
9. Consistently achieve and exceed individual KPIs and sales targets.

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development (B2B preferred; telesales/inside sales is an advantage).
2. Proven ability to close inbound leads and build pipeline through outbound prospecting.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills with a results-driven mindset.
4. Comfortable working with targets, activity metrics (calls/emails/meetings), and fast turnaround sales cycles.
5. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms.
6. Strong organization, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail.
7. Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential.
