Kayana in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Associate who speaks Italian to drive inbound and outbound sales. You will qualify leads, build pipeline, and convert opportunities while partnering with Product and Support teams.

You will engage via phone, email, and live chat to understand client needs, present Kayana solutions, and consistently exceed targets. A results-driven mindset and strong CRM skills are essential for success in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales or business development
• Experience closing inbound leads and building pipeline through outbound efforts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and target-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Proactively generate new leads (outbound) via cold calling, emails, referrals, and market research
• Qualify prospects, understand requirements, and communicate Kayana’s value proposition
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and own the sales process from lead qualification to closing
• Prepare and share quotations/proposals, follow up consistently, and negotiate terms within guidelines
• Maintain accurate CRM records (activities, pipeline stages, notes, forecasts)
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Support, and Operations for smooth onboarding
• Provide market feedback to support continuous improvement
• Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets
