Job summary

Kayana in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate (Portuguese Speaker) to join our growing team. You will handle a mix of inbound inquiries and proactive outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and positioning Kayana solutions to Portuguese-speaking customers.

You will build a robust pipeline, consistently meet or exceed targets, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven ability to close inbound leads and generate pipeline via outbound.
• Fluent Portuguese, spoken and written.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, outreach campaigns, referrals, and market research.
• Qualify prospects and communicate Kayana's value clearly.
• Maintain pipeline from qualification to closing and handover.
• Prepare quotations/proposals and negotiate terms within guidelines.
• Maintain CRM records: activities, pipeline, notes, forecasts.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, Operations for onboarding and satisfaction.
• Provide market feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
