Job summary

Kayana is seeking a proactive Telesales Representative (English Speaker) to join our Dubai team. You will proactively contact prospective customers, generate new business, promote Kayana's technology solutions, and convert leads into sales.

Primary engagement is outbound calls, with inbound inquiries and follow-ups to maximize conversions. You will identify customer needs, communicate benefits, handle objections, and maintain regular follow-up to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling and prospecting to introduce Kayana's products and services, generate interest, and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Lead generation and qualification by understanding business requirements and determining suitability for Kayana's solutions.
