About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Bus Supervisor cum Support Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe transportation of students/staff maintain discipline and safety on the bus and provide general support services within the school premises as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of students while boarding traveling and alighting from the bus.
• Maintain discipline on the bus and assist the driver in ensuring smooth operations.
• Escort students safely to and from the bus and designated pick-up/drop-off points.
• Report any incidents accidents or concerns to the school administration immediately.
• Provide assistance to school staff in various support functions when not on bus duty.
• Assist with daily operational needs such as classroom support school events and supervision duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bus attendant/supervisor or in a school support role preferred.
• Ability to handle children with patience care and responsibility.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu will be an advantage).
• Physically fit alert and responsible.
• Available to join immediately (preferred).
