A long-established and trusted global brokerage is seeking a Brand & Sponsorship Lead to strengthen their internal marketing performance within the department. With over 30 years of industry presence, this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency, innovation, and client success, offering a broad range of CFD products including forex, commodities, indices, and more.
Location: Hybrid - Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
As a Brand & Sponsorship Lead, your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Brand Strategy & Campaign Leadership
- Lead a cohesive, world-class brand strategy with strong international reach.
- Translate market insights - including financial products, customer behaviour, and competitive trends - into customer‑centric marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with growth, brand equity, and commercial objectives.
- Oversee and deliver integrated campaigns across TV, OOH, print, digital, social, and audio channels.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage internal teams (social media, content, regional marketing) and external agencies.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data‑driven reporting across both retail and institutional business lines.
Sponsorship & Partnerships Management
- Manage global sponsorships (e.g., sports clubs, influencers, educators, financial events) and ensure full utilisation of rights and deliverables.
- Create sponsorship activation plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable ROI.
- Oversee partner relationships, negotiate renewals, and evaluate performance using defined KPIs.
- Ensure all sponsorship and activation activities comply with legal, regulatory, and brand‑safety standards.
Events & Brand Experience
- Work with events teams to support the execution of global expos, conferences, seminars, workshops, and hospitality initiatives.
- Maintain strong brand presence and consistency across all regional and global activations.
Requirements:
- Proven senior experience in brand, marketing, or sponsorship roles, ideally within financial services, fintech, or trading environments.
- Strong understanding of multi‑market brand management and performance‑driven marketing.
- Experience leading cross‑channel campaigns across both digital and traditional media.
- Skilled in managing agencies, internal teams, and partner relationships.
- Ability to interpret data, measure ROI, and refine brand strategy accordingly.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements within high‑compliance industries is an advantage.
