Proven experience of at least 3 - 5 years in brand management or marketing, preferably in Salon Prof. Business or beauty industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Developing and executing brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and target market in the GCC market.
- Marketing Campaigns: Planning and implementing marketing campaigns for Wella Professionals products and services, including advertising, promotions, and online initiatives.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify consumer trends, competition analysis, and customer preferences in the GCC market.
- Product Development: Collaborating with the product development team to continually innovate and introduce new products tailored to the GCC market.
- Distributor Management: Managing relationships with distributors, ensuring proper channel management, and monitoring sales performance.
- Sales Planning: Developing revenue forecasts, sales targets, and budgets for the GCC market, and working closely with the sales team to achieve these targets.
- Training and Education: Organizing and conducting product knowledge and skill-based training programs for salon professionals, distributors, and sales teams in the GCC market.
- Market Analysis: Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the GCC market.
- Brand Image and Communication: Ensuring brand consistency in all communication channels, including social media, advertising, and PR activities, to maintain a strong brand presence in the GCC market.
- Trade Shows and Events: Participating in industry trade shows, seminars, and events to Professionals products and build relationships with salon professionals in the GCC market.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product launches and marketing campaigns tailored to the GCC market.
- Brand Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on brand performance, market competition, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and opportunities.
- Client & Influencer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and influencers within the industry to ensure brand positioning and visibility.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing strategies and promotions that align with market dynamics and consumer demands.
- Product Training: Conduct effective product training sessions for sales teams and clients to enhance brand knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Agency Management: Coordinate and manage local agencies, freelancers, and external vendors for marketing activities and initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal, and regulatory requirements in the GCC market.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market segments to identify growth opportunities and maintain brand relevance.
