Proven experience of at least 3 - 5 years in brand management or marketing, preferably in Salon Prof. Business or beauty industry.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy: Developing and executing brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and target market in the GCC market.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Planning and implementing marketing campaigns for Wella Professionals products and services, including advertising, promotions, and online initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conducting market research to identify consumer trends, competition analysis, and customer preferences in the GCC market.
  • Product Development: Collaborating with the product development team to continually innovate and introduce new products tailored to the GCC market.
  • Distributor Management: Managing relationships with distributors, ensuring proper channel management, and monitoring sales performance.
  • Sales Planning: Developing revenue forecasts, sales targets, and budgets for the GCC market, and working closely with the sales team to achieve these targets.
  • Training and Education: Organizing and conducting product knowledge and skill-based training programs for salon professionals, distributors, and sales teams in the GCC market.
  • Market Analysis: Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the GCC market.
  • Brand Image and Communication: Ensuring brand consistency in all communication channels, including social media, advertising, and PR activities, to maintain a strong brand presence in the GCC market.
