We are currently hiring a skilled Boiler Operator with PMD (Primary Manufacturing Department) tobacco experience to join our production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining boiler operations to support our tobacco processing and ensure smooth functioning of the production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems ensuring efficient steam supply to the production line.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot any issues.
• Maintain records of temperature, pressure, water levels, and other key indicators.
• Ensure safety protocols and industry compliance standards are strictly followed.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams for operational support.
• Handle emergency shutdowns and respond to alerts promptly.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in PMD (Primary Manufacturing Department) of the tobacco industry.
• Proven background as a boiler operator in a manufacturing / industrial setup.
• Strong understanding of boiler equipment, operations, and safety procedures.
• Technical or vocational diploma / certification in boiler operations or mechanical field preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

Industrial Steam Boiler

• Tobacco Conditioning Cylinders (C.C. Cylinders).
• Re-dryers (Tobacco Dryer Machines).
• Stem Dryers & Cut-Rag Dryers.
• Expansion Units (e.g., DIET – Dry Ice Expanded Tobacco units).
• Air Compressors & Heat Exchangers (steam-supported).
• Steam Distribution Lines to tobacco processing machinery.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
