Responsibilities

• Support senior team members to create and execute impactful campaigns tailored towards all Binance users across different functions, products, and markets in MENA.
• Support the team in campaign coordination, management, and execution.
• Ideate, recommend, execute, and analyze campaigns and experiments.
• Lead in CRM marketing platform administration, operations, campaign and post-campaign performance tracking.
• Assist with ad hoc and housekeeping tasks as required.
• Coordinate marketing efforts between central and local teams.
• Assist in planning and executing community events both virtual and in-person, including webinars, meetups, and other community events and workshops.

Requirements

• Demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Team player who is keen to gain solid work experience in CRM and/or Marketing.
• Clear communicator with ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly while collaborating with Business units and local teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Fluency in English is required for coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders. Arabic would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
