Job description

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools.

• Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models to ensure clash-free integration.

• Prepare detailed shop drawings coordinated layouts and quantity take-offs.

• Collaborate closely with project engineers architects and site teams for design updates and modifications.

• Implement and follow company/project BIM standards and protocols.

• Participate in design coordination and clash detection meetings using Navisworks or similar tools.

• Maintain documentation and version control of models as per project requirements.

• Assist in BIM execution plans and workflows.

• Ensure compliance with local codes standards and client requirements.
