As a BIM Engineer - Dry Utilities, you will work with dry utility engineers, BIM coordinators, planners, and other project stakeholders to develop, manage, and coordinate 3D models for utility infrastructure. The position combines electrical engineering knowledge with BIM and digital delivery methods. You will contribute to coordinated infrastructure design while gaining exposure to digital twins, automation, computational workflows, and AI-enabled engineering solutions that can improve project efficiency, quality, coordination, and design outcomes.

What You 'll Be Doing

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for dry utility infrastructure, including power distribution, street lighting, telecommunications, and associated utility networks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate dry utilities with roads, structures, landscape, drainage, and other infrastructure elements within coordinated BIM models.
• Perform clash detection, model reviews, and design coordination using BIM platforms and collaboration tools.
• Produce detailed drawings, utility layouts, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models.
• Maintain model quality and accuracy while following project requirements, client standards, and company procedures.
• Apply digital engineering tools, digital twin methodologies, and automation techniques to support project delivery and coordination.
• Assist with the organization and management of BIM data, templates, families, and model libraries.
• Participate in design reviews, multidisciplinary workshops, and coordination meetings.
• Support engineering teams with utility design visualization, constructability reviews, and project presentations.
• Contribute to improvements in BIM workflows, standards, and project delivery practices.
• Keep up to date with emerging applications of AI, automation, and digital engineering within infrastructure projects.

What Required Skills You 'LL Bring

• Bachelor 's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• UAE National - Emirati.
• Previous experience in BIM modeling, infrastructure design, or utility projects is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software is preferable.
• Basic understanding of dry utility systems such as power distribution, street lighting, and telecommunications networks is preferable.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows, model coordination, and clash detection processes is preferable.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational capabilities are preferable.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.

What Desired Skills You 'LL Bring

• Familiarity with requirements and standards associated with DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, du, and other relevant UAE stakeholders.
• Experience with Dynamo scripting, automation tools, and computational design workflows.
• Knowledge of Common Data Environments and collaborative digital delivery platforms.
• Understanding of Digital Twin technologies and AI applications in engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and information management processes, including ISO 19650.
