Job description

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field
• BIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirable
• Minimum of 3years of experience in BIM coordination or a related role
• Proven track record of successfully coordinating largescale design or construction projects using BIM
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization tools
• Indepth understanding of BIM standards best practices and digital design and construction workflows
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment
• Experience with digital delivery implementation in design and construction projects
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the UAE is advantageous
