Fluent Russian is required, and familiarity with Opera PMS is essential. The role includes weekend/holiday shifts and a strong focus on service excellence in a vibrant Dubai setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or guest services.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Russian language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Front Desk, check-in/out, and handle requests.
• Relay messages between shifts and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Maintain quiet, orderly reception and secure key handling procedures.
• Review daily reservations to match accommodation needs and update the system.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure accurate guest records and billing.
