A renowned culinary training center in Abu Dhabi seeks a skilled Baking Instructor to deliver practical classes in artisan bread and dough preparation. The ideal candidate has professional baking experience, preferably in artisan or high-volume operations, and a culinary degree or baking certification. Excellent communication skills and a passion for empowering new talent are essential. This position requires on-site work 5 days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging and practical breadmaking and baking classes to aspiring chefs and culinary enthusiasts.
• Develop lesson plans, demos and class materials in alignment with the course curriculum.
• Teach a wide range of baking techniques including:
  • Artisan breads
  • Laminated doughs (e.g. croissants, Danish)
  • Enriched doughs (e.g. brioche)
  • Fermentation and sourdough techniques
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, offering constructive feedback and mentorship.
• Maintain a clean, professional and food‑safe learning environment.
• Stay updated on global baking trends and bring innovative techniques into the classroom.

What We’re Looking For

• Professional baking experience preferably in artisan or high‑volume baking operations.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring or culinary instruction is highly valued.
• A culinary degree or baking/patisserie certification (e.g. City & Guilds, ICCA or equivalent) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with an encouraging and approachable teaching style.
• Passionate about bread baking science and empowering new talent.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi working 5 days per week onsite.
