What will you be doing?

This role is responsible for defining the release process and coordinating all the activities required to bring the product to market. This involves bridging gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all the teams involved like marketing, sales, and customer support.

What will you need to be successful?
  • Provide annual budget for the business unit in alignment with the Gulf country director and in alignment with the overall company strategy.
  • Provides monthly forecast input as part of Standard Operating Process on respective product lines.
  • Achieve business unit financial objectives.
  • Maintain an efficient and effective marketing force within the territory, lead, coach and support his/her team
  • Recommends specific sales & marketing strategies to capitalize on territorial opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Maintain strong personal relationships with key Opinion leaders
  • Accountable for positive corporate representation with the community and customers.
  • Provide training, coaching and development support to the sales team.
Successful candidates would need the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Medical sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as UAE sales manager, in pharmaceutical/medical device industry, preferably in advanced wound management
  • People management experience and proven track record of success
  • The ability to communicate both in English and Arabic.
